Home staging

Help an empty or tired property show its best.

This page is still being written. The full version will cover how staging differs between empty and lived-in properties, what a typical styling visit costs and includes, how long the styled look needs to hold (until photos, until first viewings, or for the duration of the listing), and the small touches that consistently move listings off the market faster.

Stagers walk the property a week before the shoot, build a styling plan, and arrive on the morning with everything needed: soft furnishings, lamps, plants, art. You don’t lift a finger.

FAQ

Common questions.

How much does home staging cost?

Staging starts from €280, covering a site walk, a styling plan and soft-furnishing hire. The final figure depends on how many rooms you want styled and the furniture required.

How long does staging take?

We're usually on site for half a day to set up, after a lead time of roughly one week to plan and source the furniture and soft furnishings.

Do I need to buy any furniture?

No. Furniture and soft furnishings are hired as part of the service, set up the morning of the shoot and removed afterwards: you don't keep or buy anything.

Does staging really help a property let or sell faster?

Styled rooms photograph better and help viewers picture themselves living there, which typically means stronger photos, more enquiries and quicker decisions.

Can you stage just for the photo shoot?

Yes. Many owners stage purely for photography, and you can optionally keep the styling in place for the first round of viewings.
