Is it free to post a listing?

Yes. The Free Starter plan includes 5 active listings at no cost. You're not charged unless you upgrade or buy add-ons.

How does verification work?

Upload an ID document (or your agent licence). We review it within 24 hours, then the badge appears automatically on every listing you publish.

Can I message owners or agents directly?

Yes. Every listing has a built-in message button: inquiries land in your MyRent inbox and the other side gets an email + push notification.

What's the difference between Featured and Boost?

Boost is a one-time bump to the top of recent listings. Featured pins your listing to the top of search results in its area for a full week, with a Featured badge.

Do you cover Gozo?

Absolutely: Gozo, Comino and every locality in Malta. Filter by area on the search page or tap the map on the homepage.

Are payments handled through MyRent?

We don't take rent or sale payments; those happen directly between you and the other party. Posting fees, featured listings and add-on services are billed through Stripe.

How do I book a photographer or 3D tour?

Open the property in your dashboard and tap Services. Pick a pro, choose a time slot, and pay through Stripe. They'll contact you within a day to confirm.

Can I cancel my agent plan anytime?

Yes. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, so your listings stay live until then.
